NO REFUNDS for any reason. In the unlikely event of a mistake it is the duty of the artist to fix it for free. There is always something we can do. Please contact the studio as soon as possible to allow us to find the best & quickest solution.
Minimum charge

Our shop minimum, which is £80, covers the time and expense of a sanitary set up and clean up of the equipment and procedure area as well as single use supplies necessary to provide a clean and safe tattoo applied by an experienced professional. Our minimum is the absolute lowest amount we will charge for any tattoo. This applies per person getting tattooed, per session.
Before you appointment

We strongly recommend eating a good meal before your appointment, bring snacks and drinks if you wish, this reduces the risk of any fainting due to a drop in blood pressure when getting tattooed. We also always have biscuits, sweets and hot drinks in the studio :) We welcome and love your friends to come for moral support if needed, but we prefer you keep it to one person, as the shop can get very full very quick. If the shop is really busy, your friend may be asked to hang out at the front of the shop.
Cancellations/No-shows

If you need to cancel an appointment, we require at least 48 hours notice, this gives the artist time to fill the space. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable, this includes cancellations, no exceptions. If you do need to cancel for any reason, you must let the individual artist know and/or call the studio (01612224043), calling will be the quickest way to let us know if it is in the studio opening times. Whilst we understand some things are beyond the control of the client, no-shows really affect the artist. Letting the artist know you can't make it, means they have a chance to try and fill the space, is common curtsey and the artist doesn't have to travel in for no reason and waste single-use supplies. Generally most artists will not tattoo a client again if they no-show and don't make any contact.
Age Policy

The law requires a person to be 18 years of age to get tattooed, as per the Tattooing Of Minors Act 1969. It is illegal to tattoo a person under the age of 18, even with parental or guardian consent. To do so the consequences are prosecution and fines up to £1000. We require a valid form of ID to get tattooed, this will be uploaded to our digital consent form database where we adhere to the Data Protection Act 2018.
Touch-ups

Courtesy touch ups are at the discretion of the tattoo artist. Necessary touch ups related to the technical application and healing of a tattoo are free if done within 6 months of the tattoo and by the original artist who did the tattoo (unless the tattoo is on a non-guaranteed body part, see below). Touch ups cannot be done until the tattoo is fully healed. Touch ups due to client failure or negligence to follow our aftercare procedures are not free and will be charged the same rate as a new tattoo. Changes to the original tattoo that was agreed upon are not considered a touch up and will be charged as a new tattoo. HEALING RESULTS OF TATTOOS ON THE HEAD, FACE, GENITALS, FEET, OR HANDS (INCLUDING FINGERS) CANNOT BE GUARANTEED AND MAY NOT BE ELIGLE FOR FREE TOUCH UPS. If your tattoo is on a non-guaranteed body part it will probably need multiple touch ups and may be charged as a new tattoo each time.
